You will need to create a Vagaro account if you don’t already have one — it takes no longer than a few minutes!
Under the Employee tab, select “Wax Keeper Brittany”, then browse the Service tab and select the service you desire. Once you choose a service, it will ask if you’d like to add another service — if so — you will tap “+add service” and repeat the same process again for your next desired service.
The Calendar tab will allow you to choose a day from my typical studio schedule, but you won’t see what time of day I have available until you select the day first. You can always hit the back button if you want to search other days/times or need to go back a step.

Studio Policies

Life is unpredictable and I like to be as flexible as I can be for my clients. That's why I have a 9 Minute Grace Period for every single one of my services. Since some of my services, like lip or chin waxing, have such a short timeframe, 9 minutes is the most time I am able to offer as a late arrival window. If you still aren't able to make it in 9 minutes after your service start time, the appointment will count as a No Show.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment to avoid any fees. If you cancel, reschedule or miss your appointment within that 24 hour timeframe, you will be invoiced for 50% of your service fee. Remember, you must pay off any late cancellation balance before booking another appointment with me.
If you fall within the parameters of a No Show, you will be invoiced the full service fee and must pay that balance off before you are able to book another appointment with me. Remember, No Show fees are never to be taken personally, they are simply there to protect the value of both my time and yours!
